REntervibe tenant document screening instructions

All applicants must follow the below steps to begin verifying their documents as part of the application process.

Mountain Heights Property Management has partnered with RenterVibe, a trusted third-party vendor, to provide verification reports on Tenant documents required throughout the application process. Please follow the following instructions to complete this verification process.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

** If your application is grouped, every adult 18 years or older must complete an individual profile. **

We may ask for any, or all, of the following:

  • We ask for 2 years of rental history.
  • We ask for 3 most recent months of bank statements and 2 months of recent pay stubs for each account and job that you have.
  • A verified income report that spans anywhere from 3 to 12+ months.

** Please note: Prepare all of your documents before beginning the upload process. All bank statements, pay stubs, and other income verification documents must be uploaded during one log-in session. You will not be able to add additional documents later. Be certain to upload all documents during your initial login session.

As part of our rental history verification, we highly recommend you call your past landlords and let them know to watch for emails from support@rentervibe.com with the subject as "Renter Verification Request." Make sure the email address you are providing for your past landlords in your RenterVibe portal is the same email address they wish to receive the renter verification requests. This step can often take much longer due to the fact we are waiting for another party's response to your request for verification.

RenterVibe Instructions:

  1. Please use the following link, or the portal button below, to create a RenterVibe account and begin the document verification process: www.RenterVibe.com/MHPM
  2. After creating your RenterVibe account, check your email for instructions to verify the email address associated with the account. Please check your junk or spam inboxes if the email is not found in your primary inbox.
  3. Click the link in the verification email, login to your account, and use the Property Manager's Code "MHPM" when prompted.
  4. Follow the steps on the RenterVibe dashboard to get started uploading your documents.
  5. Complete the Final Step by signing your consent and submitting your documents.
