These Terms do not replace or override those agreements.

  1. Third Party Platforms

All applications, payments, tenant records, and owner accounts are processed through third-party platforms, including Buildium.

By using our services, you agree to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of third-party systems.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed through Buildium or may be made in person at our office using a cashier’s check, check, or money order.

All payment terms, fees, and conditions are governed by your lease agreement or property management agreement.

  1. Reviews and User Content

You may have the ability to submit reviews or feedback on our website.

By submitting content, you agree:

  • The content is accurate and not misleading

  • The content does not violate any laws or the rights of others

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

  1. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us, including email and SMS messages.

SMS messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, and responses to inquiries.

Message and data rates may apply.

We do not guarantee specific results related to leasing, tenant placement, rental income, property performance, or any other outcomes.

All services are provided based on professional judgment and market conditions, which may vary.

We coordinate maintenance and repairs through third-party vendors and contractors.

We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of work completed by third-party vendors.

Any disputes regarding vendor work should be addressed with the vendor directly, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Heights Property Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Use of our services

  • Third-party platforms or vendors

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for services, where applicable.
